Working with the business unit, we use an operations-centric approach to identify the opportunities for improvements to the "as-is" process and to develop the "to-be" model. The model includes process changes, existing systems, and any required new systems to support and enable the new processes.

Outage Management Strategic Plan

Based on a clear understanding of the utility energy delivery business, we develop solutions involving multi-year strategic implementation plans for the required systems. Our solutions combine people, processes, and systems in a synergistic relationship.
