RECENT ENGAGEMENTS Yanco Associates Engaged by the American Transmission CompanyAsset Management ConsultingSeptember–October, 2008 -- Building on the asset-centric maintenance planning, scheduling, and performance measurement system installed by Yanco Associates in 2007, the Yanco Associates team was engaged to develop the going forward strategy to transition ATC to an asset-focused design, build, operate, and maintain philosophy and practice. The joint ATC and Yanco Associates team laid out the schedule and required work to develop the systems and work processes necessary to improve reliable operations while continuing to maintain or reduce costs in a shrinking economy.
